Sales Manager, Luxury Healthcare Center

Job description

My client is a postnatal center. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a positive and energetic work environment
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that expand the center's customer base and enhance its market presence
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience at the center
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to upper management, analyzing trends to inform future strategies
    Identify emerging markets and shifts in consumer behavior, staying informed about competitors and industry trends to adjust sales tactics accordingly

Requirements

  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in healthcare or wellness sectors, with experience managing a sales team
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively
