Sales Manager, Insurance

Our client is a prominent global insurance company with a strong foothold in the APAC region.



Responsibilities:

• Devise and implement strategies to activate channels and meet business goals.
• Deliver in-depth medical knowledge and training to agents, ensuring they are fully prepared to sell and service health and critical illness insurance products.
• Act as a primary expert in channel activation, managing key aspects for the entire team.
• Provide assistance to agents with complex policy inquiries, coverage explanations, and claims support.
• Evaluate product performance data and customer feedback to uncover opportunities for product enhancements and agent training improvements.
• Partner with Agency Business Development, marketing, and underwriting teams to develop sales materials, policy specimens, and other resources to support agent success.
• Keep abreast of industry regulations, trends, and competitor offerings in the health and critical illness insurance sector.
• Guide and mentor junior staff members.

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, with relevant experience in medical insurance.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong analytical capabilities
