Release Analyst/BA/PM - Luxury Brand - Hong Kong

Job description

Responsibilities:

You will do release and environment support for global CRM project
You will manage release planning and schedule details for the project and cutover details
You will contact to touchpoint and owners to get latest update on environment connectivity and timelines
You will coordinate with existing CRM release team regarding current releases and environments for conflicts and concerns

Requirement:

Strong English communication skills
Solid deployment and release experience
Immediately available candidate highly preferred
