Regional Talent Acquisition Lead| up to 40K
Job description
Our client is a well established tourism company. They are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Lead to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our recruitment efforts, sourcing top talent, and enhancing employer brand. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates for various positions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct report to Head of Human Resources
- Provide all rounded recruitment support to Asia offices, including China, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand Vietnam, Singapore etc.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking events) to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the HR system to ensure accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and networking strategies to attract top talent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good communication in Chinese and English
