Regional Procurement Manager (FMCG| 35 - 55k)

My client is market leading FMCG company. Looking to enhance their procurement function, they are now in search of a Regional Procurement Manager.

Reporting to the Regional Category Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Support regional procurement strategies for all categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous cost savings and operational efficiencies
• Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, logistics, marketing, and sales) to ensure smooth procurement and inventory flow
• Monitor and improve supplier quality and service levels, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and secure cost-effective purchasing agreements
• Assist in sourcing new suppliers and alternative materials to mitigate supply chain risks
• Track procurement KPIs and generate reports to support decision-making

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of procurement experience
• Candidate with less experience would be considered for Assistant Procurement Manager
• Regional experience or experience across multiple countries is a MUST
• Experience within FMCG companies or consumer brands would be an advantage
• Procurement experience for corporate function is a MUST
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
