Regional Marketing Strategy and Campaign Lead (HK$1-1.3M p.a.)

As the Marketing Strategy and Campaign Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies. You will play a key role in managing and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered within budget and achieve the desired impact. Your expertise in marketing strategy and hands-on experience with campaign management will be crucial in driving our brand's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Formulate tailored marketing strategies for various regions to achieve business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Work closely with various internal teams to gather consumer and industry insights, translating them into actionable marketing plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor market trends and campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives. Prepare and present strategic marketing plans and campaign results to senior management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in B2C marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategy development and hands on campaign execution.
  • Prior work experience in any well-known consumer brands with regional markets exposure is required.
  • Deep understanding of both local and international markets, with the ability to tailor marketing strategies to different regions and consumer segments.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the experience working in a matrix organization. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Solid experience in leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies. Proficiency in using data analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and present them effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential.
