Regional CRM Ops Senior Business Analyst (40-70K)

• Ownership of functional & technical documentation in repository
• Liaise with business on incident/problem (keep track of Production Request/Emergency Change Request)
• Conduct storyboarding sessions to visualize and communicate the user experience and workflow of the identified issues/problems/defects
• Governance of functional KT from project team ticket clarifications
• Requirement collection and documentation
• Support other ad-hoc use cases/tasks as required

Required skills and qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience with Salesforce/ CRM systems
• Familiar with CRM systems, redirecting change request/ emergency issues to offshore/ onshore technical teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• A good team player who is proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Detail minded and a desire to contribute to our client's success
