Quality Assurance Tester/ Business Analyst- Banking 18-23k

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and specifications
  • Develop detailed test plans, cases, and scenarios to comprehensively cover application functionality
  • Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Provide clear feedback on test results
  • Maintain test documentation and continuously improve the testing process
  • Participate in daily system support and maintenance
  • Support on product release and commercialization preparation including but not limited to material write up on product functions, workflow diagrams and training/marketing material.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent
  • 1-2 years working experience as UAT tester preferably with experience on banking products such as cash management products via online banking platform
  • Good understanding on the workflow and UAT process and design test cases
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
