Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare UAT Test cases and performing UAT testing to support system/ project roll-out
  • Provide feedback/ recommendations to support the development of the system/ project
  • Prepare various kinds of necessary documentation in an efficient manner
  • Support post-launch verification and assurance test

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate is welcome.
  • Relevant experience in performing UAT testing is preferred
  • Attention to details, persistent and patient
  • Knowledge to bank operations, banking products/ services
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
