Public Relations / Communications Manager, Banking

Our client is a well-established banking group. As part of an expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a corporate communications professional to join their team, focusing more on both media relations and branding.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain media relations strategies to maintain and promote the company's image
• Handle media enquiries and monitor media reporting
• Attend press conferences if required
• Drive brand strategies to enhance brand positioning
• Handle ad-hoc projects to meet business requirements

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, public relations, translation, or journalism
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Media Relations/Public Relations/Corporate Communications gained from Insurance/Banking/Financial Services/PR Agency settings
• Good interpersonal skills with solid experience working with media
• Excellent writing and communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
