Property Consultant (Welcome IANG holders and Fresh Graduates)

• Assist clients in finding suitable office properties to meet their business needs
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants, highlighting amenities and benefits
• Assist sellers in marketing their properties through listings, advertisements, and viewings
• Provide information on all aspects of properties, including expansion possibilities, zoning regulations, and area crime rates
• Draft legal documents and contracts related to leasing agreements
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and finalize deals
• Coordinate the exchange of ownership and ensure proper maintenance of properties
• Screen potential tenants by verifying application data, personal references, and conducting background checks and credit reports
