Project Manager/ Program Manager (Agency)- Insurance 60-80k

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage insurance agency projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with various business units, including HR, Finance, and Transformation, to drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build the maturity of business unit executions, focusing on best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to contribute to the development of a broader portfolio of life and health insurance products.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the insurance industry.

  • Proven track record in delivering complex insurance agency projects and programs.
  • Strong domain knowledge in life and health insurance.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on strategic execution.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
