Project Manager (MPF/ Data Migration)- Insurance 40-50k

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
  • Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
  • Identifying innovative ways to increase user satisfaction.
  • Engage and manage project stakeholders, to make the project a success.
  • Manage project communications and documentation.
  • Plan and manage business analysis, user engagement and project solution delivery activities, including requirements gathering, requirement validation, coordination with testing and UAT strategies.
  • Act as a key liaison between business and project management teams to deliver solutions meeting the targeted project outcomes.
  • Work with end users via workshops and meetings to evaluate and define business processes and business problems, uncovering areas for improvement and for value creation.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, URS, user stories, and deliver functional specifications and business process models.
  • Identify, document, and escalate operational, financial, and technological constraints, assumptions and risks associated to the project management team.
  • Support on project initiation and planning for large scale system projects and monitor project and tasks progress.
  • Assist the Project Management team on regular status reporting, presentation decks, documentations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Management, Business, or related area.

  • 10+ years' experience as a project manager with proven ability to manage large & strategic projects from concept to implementation that span multiple systems and business processes.
  • Excellent analytically skills, able to break down information, reconcile and combined the information into a report.
  • Knowledge of waterfall, Agile and/or scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in Pension business or insurance are highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and in Cantonese
  • Project management with Business analysis skills is an additional advantage.
  • Good knowledge in digital projects, including Web and Mobile applications.
  • Certified in project management is an additional advantage.
