Project Manager, Fintech and Transformation, Bank (up to 55k)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage various Fintech and Transformation projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
-Formulate the presentation and meeting materials to the Fintech Committee as well as any Fintech and Transformation meeting
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns.
- Implement best practices in project management, ensuring a consistent approach across all initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in fintech or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of financial services, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
