Project Manager (ERP Revamp Project)

Job Duties:

• Aid in the proof-of-concept and exploration of technological solutions
• Manage project efforts or ad hoc duties
• Oversee the execution of IT projects and be in charge of project planning;
• Create and manage project plans and proposals while efficiently monitoring project risks and status;
• Oversee the completion of IT projects by collaborating closely with vendors, business stakeholders, and cross-functional IT teams;
• Generate bids for IT projects and oversee RFPs and tenders;
• Oversee the implementation of new IT initiatives while maintaining the BAU support of current business applications

Job Requirements:

• A degree in information systems or a similar field that has been acknowledged
• At least ten years of IT-related employment experience after graduation
• Possession of Agile, Scrum, and PMP certifications is advantageous
• Prior expertise with HR and ERP systems will be beneficial
• Keep tabs on business analysis and IT project management docoments
• Proficient in verbal and written Chinese and English
