Project Manager, Banking Industry - 35-45k

• You'll coordinate with business users, operational teams, web UX/UI designers, IT teams, and vendors to support the implementation of both business and system-related projects.
• You'll assist in leading and driving discussions with project members to resolve implementation issues from both business and technical perspectives, ensuring execution aligns with the project plan.
• You'll formulate the overall project plan and schedule, tracking and reporting progress to stakeholders.
• You'll lead project committees and steering committees, articulating issues or potential challenges and presenting resolutions to C-level management.
• You'll ensure compliance with the Bank's best practices in Project Management, Testing Portfolio Management methodology, and Project Financial Management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirement:

• You have at least 5-6 years of solid experience in product support and project management, preferably within the banking sector.
• You hold a degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• A PMP certification will be an added advantage.
• You bring abundant project management experience in the financial industry.
• You have in-depth knowledge of banking products, finance/accounting (e.g., GL), best practices, and technology. Experience in internet banking implementation or operations/remittance will give you an edge.
• You're familiar with the operations of wholesale banking businesses, particularly in China (e.g., experience working in Mainland Chinese banks).
• You possess strong analytical and communication skills.
• Your project portfolio management and leadership skills are excellent.
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluent Putonghua.
• You're ready to work under pressure and meet deadlines, even if it means occasional overtime.
