Project Manager - Agency Recruitment

Job Description:

• Focus on Agency recruitment or Advisor-onboarding domain

• Identify pain points, opportunities for improvement, finding solutions, and solving problems with support
• Ensuring efficient day-to-day project execution and implementation

Job Responsibilities:

• Sufficient experience in the Agency / Distribution space to the team
• Ensure robust execution planning for the value stream using Agile principles and approaches
• Work to remove impediments being faced by the execution team members
• Drive day-to-day execution and monitoring for the Advisor Onboarding domain
• Ensure robust communication and stakeholder management engagement for all aspects
• Work hand-in-hand with Value Stream owner to handle refinement and prioritization of backlog items
