Program Manager - Insurance space

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, complex programs and projects focused on transforming agency journey.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements, develop roadmaps, and identify and resolve bottlenecks or project delays.
• Craft compelling narratives and effectively communicate the vision and goals of the programs.
• Manage differing opinions and navigate legal considerations in project execution.
• Oversee local and regional teams, facilitating biweekly meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards program objectives.
• Work closely with program sponsors to deliver value and meet business goals, primarily supporting the Hong Kong market.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a large insurance firm.
• Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to transform client journeys.
• Strong business analytics and project management skills.
• Experienced in doing regional or global agency-related projects.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience managing multiple projects using agile methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
