Pension Compliance - Senior Manager

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
  • Monitor the compliance matters in relations to the operations of the Pension business
  • Devise and implement effective compliance programs, include monitoring of third-party services providers
  • Ensure internal polices are in accordance with legislation changes
  • Maintain a trusted relationship with the regulators and represents the company in meetings, task-force and regulatory workshops
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and best practices in compliance within the eMPF and MPF sectors.
  • Ensure that all policies are communicated effectively across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder; Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Pension/ Trustee Compliance
  • Experience with relevant regulatory bodies or compliance function will be an advantage
  • A good team player & able to work proactively & independently
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English
