Order Fulfillment Specialist (US Manufacturer| 25 - 29k)

My client is a US Leading manufacturer. Looking to enhance their supply chain function, they are now in search of a Order Fulfillment Specialist.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 6 years of order fulfillment / order processing experience
• Experience handling customers outside of Hong Kong market is a MUST
• Proficient Excel user with functions such as Pivot Table and Vlookup
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
