Order Fulfillment Officer (Wholesale | 25 - 30k)

My client is an international wholesale company. Looking to enhance their order fulfillment function, they are now in search of a Order Fulfillment Officer.

Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Support international sales team on order processing from PO issued to invoicing
• Manage shipments to meet the schedule and business timeline
• Liaise and follow up with international sales team, distributors and clients to achieve business goal
• Support team in updating internal reports and analysis
• Manage overall supply base performance in terms of cost, lead time, delivery, quality and responsiveness
• Handle the payment for each order

To qualify, one must possess

• Diploma or associate degree holder with at least 5 years of order processing experience within the wholesale industry
• Experience handling shipment with freight forwarders
• Comfortable with operational and manual work
• Proficient with Excel functions such as pivot table and vlookup
• Capable to conduct basic verbal and written Chinese and English communication
