Marketing Director (F&B, Western Fine Dining)
Job description
My client is a leading F&B group in Hong Kong with business focusing on fine dining in various cuisines. This position will be the Team Lead of Marketing for the Western Fine Dining cuisine team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans for multiple F&B outlets within the group. This includes establishing brand identity, managing brand messaging, and coordinating promotional activities.
- Content Development: Develop and manage high-quality content for the company's marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, and promotional materials. Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all touchpoints.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Manage social media campaigns, organize events and promotions, and oversee the creation of marketing collateral.
- Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for increasing sales and profitability. Develop initiatives to boost sales across various brands.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure the seamless integration of marketing initiatives across the organization.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports for management and other stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven marketing experience in the F&B industry, especially for fine dining restaurants.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Native in Cantonese is a must.
