Marketing Assistant (Content Management) -up to 21K

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage digital content for email, SMS, MMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp.
• Work with stakeholders using workflow management systems to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
• Coordinate with IT and decision-making teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Test and review systems before launch to ensure they work properly.
• Report on project status, including challenges and successes, to stakeholders.
• Use data insights to suggest improvements in content strategies and workflows.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Digital Media, Data Management, Computer Science, or similar.
• 2+ years in retail banking with experience in digital messaging, data analytics, or project coordination, fresh grads will also be considered
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Communicates clearly and translates briefs into technical specs simply.
• Client-focused, positive, good under pressure, and effective at all communication levels.
• Preferred knowledge of digital tech like SFMC, AEM, HTML5, CSS.
