Logistics Solutions Manager (40 - 50k)

My client is a growing logistics solution company. Looking to strengthen their solution development function, they are now in search of a Logistics Solutions Manager.

Reporting to the Operation Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and serve as the key PIC for new logistics solution development for clients within the global cross border ecommerce business
• Collaborate with sales & marketing team to understand client's expectation and design customized logistics solution for client
• Oversee the development and deployment of supply chain solutions to enhance operational efficiency, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop monitoring systems / dashboard and reporting mechanisms to track and evaluate service performance with lane managers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Lane Managers, IT team, sales team and finance team to achieve business objectives

To qualify, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of end to end global logistics / supply chain experience
• Experience managing cross border ecommerce logistics would be an advantage
• Experience with airfreight and custom clearance would be an advantage
• Team player and strong problem solving mindset
• Good command in both written and spoken English
