Logistics Operation Manager (FMCG | 40 - 45k)

My client is a market leading FMCG company. Looking to enhance their logistics function, they are now in search of a Logistics Operation Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage a team of direct reports within the Shipping Team and Distribution Team to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Establish and maintain the company's standard delivery service records, and continuously improve logistics SOP to enhance KPIs
• Oversee the tender process in adherence to company's compliance to secure the best logistics partnerships
• Conduct regular reviews and analysis of the company's logistics performance to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement and Sales departments, to streamline the end-to-end logistics processes and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory, while ensuring on-time delivery to customers

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least8 years of logistics operation experience across the consumer industry
• Experience managing logistic vendors for local distribution
• Team leading experience is a MUST
• Energetic, good communication with problem solving mentality
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
