Life Insurance - Senior Manager, Sales and Product Compliance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the product and marketing materials review within the team
• Assist in the development of effective product and selling process compliance programs, including identification, evaluation of controls for relevant regulatory requirements
• Assist in developing controls and supervising framework to identify, overseeing and mitigating the product compliance risk
• Review product and marketing materials including sales materials and all types of products, services and distribution channels
• Provide advisory support on business projects and new initiatives
• Provide compliance advice and clearance for product and marketing campaigns and press releases

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years working experience in Financial Services sector across Risk Management, Compliance or Legal functions
• Life Insurance experience is highly preferred
• Qualifications in Life Insurance, Compliance or related areas is preferred
• Experience in working closely with regulatory bodies
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
