Life Insurance - Financial Crime Compliance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and review on compliance issues in relation to AML/CTF
• Liaise with relevant departments to resolve day-to-day compliance issues in relation to AML/CTF and provide compliance advices to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
• Ensure FATCA and AEOI requirements are adhered, including reporting obligations and due diligence processes.
• To conduct quality assurance and sample testing on the work performed by Firstline and work with Business Units on remediation.
• Conduct training and communication of compliance policies and procedures.
• Initiate proactive gap analyses and gap closure projects under AML
• Ensure that all policies are communicated effectively across the organization.

Requirements:

• Degree holder; Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in AML Compliance
• Life Insurance experience would be preferred
• A good team player & able to work proactively & independently
• Professional qualification (e.g. ACAMS) would be advantageous
• Proficiency in Chinese and English
