Life Insurance - Distribution Compliance Director

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and compliance guidelines in relation to sales and product spectrum
• Analyse the efficiency of the existing compliance framework to mitigate any potential risks and seek for continuous improvements
• Oversee complaint handling and complaint management functions to ensure TCF principles are being met
• Ensure smooth and clear communications with regulatory bodies across complaints, sales and product topics
• Advise first line from providing compliance advice to ensure requirements are aligned with Group standards

Requirements:

• Life Insurance experience is a must
• Minimum 12+ years Financial Services experiences in Controls related positions across Compliance, Legal or Internal Controls
• Good level of stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experiences might be considered as Associate Director
