Life Insurance business - Compliance Manager

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide advice and review on compliance issues in relation to AML/CTF
  • Liaise with relevant departments to resolve day-to-day compliance issues in relation to AML/CTF and provide compliance advices to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Review and update AML/CTF compliance policies and procedures, and keep track of regulatory requirements
  • Establish compliance controls and perform KYC/ CDD/ AML review and monitoring;
  • Provide support to other areas such as Data Privacy. FATCA, CRS and Sanctions
  • Provide compliance advice and support business activities. Conduct internal compliance training
  • Coordinate with the relevant department to prepare the information/materials requests by the regulators and auditor
  • Participate in and handle ad hoc projects assigned


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 year's experiences in handling compliance/ Financial Crime matters within the Financial Services sector
  • Life Insurance experience is a must
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Manager
