Lead, Insurance Product and Proposition

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of insurance propositions.
• Evaluate strategic offerings through business cases and market analysis.
• Partner with collaborators to tailor product benefits for Bank customers.
• Formulate long-term strategies by tracking industry trends and competitive dynamics.
• Serve as the SME for long-term insurance products, raising awareness among stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to banking and insurance regulations.
• Establish robust risk controls with the second line of defense and other stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets for insurance products via the bancassurance channel.
• Create training materials, marketing assets, and content with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business
• At least 8 years of experience in banking/insurance, with 5+ years in product/proposition roles.
• Strong understanding of customer journey, data-driven decisions, and proposition design.
• IIQE or equivalent is a plus; actuarial training is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
