Key Account Manager (Food and beverages)

Job description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners; develop and achieve annual business targets
  • Prepare sales materials such as sales reports, product presentations, and strategic plans
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, escalating issues as needed to ensure a high level of service
  • Gather and analyze client data, including sales, inventory, and market trends, to identify growth opportunities and optimize account performance
  • Develop and assist in channel promotion plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide a seamless customer experience



Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in a key account management role within the food/FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical abilities
  • Understanding of food retail channels, logistics, and merchandising
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
