IT Procurement Manager (Hospitality | 75 - 85k)

My client is market leading hospitality group. Looking to enhance their procurement function, they are now in search of an IT Procurement Manager.

Reporting to the Head of IT Procurement, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage internal procurement team and outsourced buyers
• Develop overall IT sourcing strategy to fulfill company's business objectives and compliances
• Manage stakeholders though management of budget allocation, project timeline, and vendor's performance
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service level agreements with vendors
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimize business growth and development.
• Conduct regular review and evaluation of vendor's performance to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Support both procurement and technology team on upcoming improvement projects

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of IT procurement management experience
• Experience handling procurement for IT infrastructure, data center or cloud services would be an advantage
• At least 1 year of team leading experience
• Proactive, independent, strong stake holder management eskills
• Good command of both written and spoken English (Chinese is not required)
