IT Manager 60k - Multinational Firm (Yuen Long)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all rounded IT infrastructure and application including management, maintenance and security
• Maintain and implement IT policies, procedures and standards
• Work closely with Europe headquarters for new technology project rollout and implementation
• Collaborate with users to comprehend business requirements
• Manage vendor relationships regarding IT licenses and budgeting
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline
• 8+ years of experience in IT operation, including infrastructure, application and security
• Knowledge in ERP and DMS; SAP is a big plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding communication skills, especially English
