IT Infrastructure Specialist - 22-25k

What you'll do:

• You will assist in managing all system-related network infrastructure.
• You will develop standards to support the infrastructure with mature network architecture design.
• You will enhance availability by evaluating, proposing, and implementing relevant load balancing, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
• You will manage vendors for network, firewall, wireless network, and load balancer administration outsourcing, particularly related to service level and performance management.
• You will prepare, implement, and support corporate infrastructure and systems.
• You will strengthen technology platforms supporting VPN, wireless network platforms, etc.
• You will manage and plan IT infrastructure based on growth projections and SLA results.
• You will automate and maintain IT security standards and baselines pertaining to network, firewall, VPN, load balancer, clean-pipe solutions, and provide ongoing support for related audits and risk assessments.
• You will assist overseas branches with network matters.
• You will follow bank policies and corporate workflows to implement change requests to the network.
• You will support DNS registration and SSL certification management.
• You will participate in weekend or overtime support activities, such as drills, with corresponding compensation days off.
• You will document configuration and operation procedures/guidelines.

• Strong knowledge of Cisco, H3C, Huawei networks, F5 load balancers, Pulse Secure VPN solutions, Aruba, Sangfor, and Forcepoint proxies.
• Hands-on experience in data network upgrade projects and anti-DDoS solutions.
• Familiarity with network management tools (e.g., PRTG, Solarwinds, ELK).
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese).
• More than 3 years of experience in network security and network infrastructure.
