Job description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and maintain strong stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders
- Work in partnership with various departments to collaborate and support on implementation of local and regional projects at a branch level
- Perform software and hardware installation and upgrade and provide a high quality of service to all PC users of the Branch
- Support the team in ensure that both project and BAU activities are maintain within agreed service level
- Provide support for all PC hardware and software, and PC assessment management
- Support IT disaster recovery activities for the responsible IT infrastructure
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in banking environment
- Good technical understanding of installing and maintaining PC hardware and software applications
- Good organization skill and attention to details.
- Excellent communication skill and good English proficiency
