IT Help Desk Analyst

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and provide helpdesk support to users on all hardware, software and sometimes training on general office software
  • Assist supervisor(s) in performing hardware and software installation, configuration, procurement process and IT equipment house-keeping
  • Assist in maintaining system, server, network, virtualization platform and other IT or Communication related facilities
  • Assigned as a working team member in executing IT or Communication projects or tasks of the company
  • Support and troubleshoot in audio/video conferences such as Cisco, Polycom device, etc.
  • Provide technical help via the phone, remotely, and in person at desks.
  • Take part in IT projects as needed, including installation and rollouts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experiences
  • Proficiency in MS Windows 10/11, MS 365 or Office 2019 solutions
  • Basic knowledge in Server, VMware and LAN / WAN and inter-networking equipment
  • Experience with Manage Engine Endpoint Central and FireEye HX are advantageous
  • MS 365 Certificated Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • Manage Engine Certified Product Associate (Endpoint Central) / VCA preferable
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Outgoing, good interpersonal skill, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Teamwork and customer oriented, work closely and effectively with end users
