IT Call Center Customer Support- Insurance 20-30k

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with IT support and other departments to address and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and IT-related resources to provide informed assistance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or IT support is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including call center management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing customer concerns.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
