IT Business Analyst (CRM/ API Integration/ Digital)- 35-44k

Responsibilities:

• Work on the API integration to ensure seamless data flow between different systems and applications
• In charge of the CRM integration project, previous CRM experience is ideal but not necessary
• Investigate different tech and digital/ecommerce issues and follow up on process improvements
• Work with different stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
• Possess server know-how knowledge to ensure smooth and secure functioning of systems
• Have some understanding of POS and SAP systems
• Create flow charts of system and tech as-is to document processes and systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical integration role
• Good understanding of API integration, CRM, and digital/ecommerce processes
• Good knowledge of different types of servers and their functioning
• Familiarity with POS and SAP systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good document skills to draw out the flow chart of the system and tech as-is
