About the company:
Our client is a prestigious real estate company with a robust presence in Hong Kong and Greater China. They are renowned for their real estate solutions, consistently delivering exceptional value to their investors. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing real estate assets in Hong Kong or Greater China and will work closely with the CFO and senior management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for raising capital and managing funding for the company's real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources
- Oversee the management of real estate assets, ensuring they meet financial performance targets and align with the company's strategic goals
- Work closely with the CFO and senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies
- Participate in mergers and acquisitions projects, providing expertise and support for transactions both locally and overseas
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates and reports on fund performance
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in real estate fund management or asset management, with a focus on Hong Kong or Greater China.
- Proven track record in raising and managing funds for real estate investments.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, financial analysis, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Experience in M&A transactions and a solid understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in Hong Kong and Greater China.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and project management skills.
