Inventory & Logistics Manager (Textile | 45 - 60k)

My client is textile & garment manufacturer. Looking to enhance their inventory management function, they are now in search of an Inventory & Logistics Manager.

Reporting to the COO, your responsibilities will include:

• Serve as PIC for group's finished goods and raw material inventory and stock space allocation
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce stockouts.
• Coordinate with production plant management on the movement of raw materials and finished goods between warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory, to ensure cost efficient and safe handling of materials and products
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions to improve inventory accuracy and cost efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management and logistics operations

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 10 years of inventory allocation experience within the manufacturing industry
• Experience managing the stock flow between multiple warehouses / production sites
• Experience within the textile or garment industry would be an advantage
• Problem solving mentality with good communication and stake holders management skills
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
