Internal Auditor (HK listed property developer, HKD40k)

Job Description

Our client is a HK listed property developer with business operation in Asia, they are currently looking for Internal Auditor for their Group IA department.

Your responsibilities include:

• Support the Head of Internal Audit in planning and delivering audit activities of the Group
• Perform financial and operational audits for business operations of the Group
• Conduct internal audit reviews to ensure the compliance of existing procedures with company policy
• Suggest improvement and review internal control for risk control and efficiency
• Prepare audit documentation, including drafting audit findings and recommendations
• Up to 40% travelling
• Perform ad hoc audit assignments

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance with CPA or CIA qualification
• At least 3 years working experiences, Big 4 training is preferred
• Excellent communication with good language skills
• Self-motivated, problem solving skills and able to work independently
• Speaks fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
