Internal Audit Manager - listed company

Responsibilities:

• Defines audit objectives, scope and detailed audit programs based on risk analysis of the audited area. Develops detailed audit procedures and analytics to satisfy defined objectives
• Reviewing the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the control environment, both existing and proposed
• Conduct regular risk assessments, develop audit plans, and deliver reports
• Review and recommend internal audit policies, procedures, and programs to align with internal and external regulatory requirements
• Provide updates to the regional lead on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related finance discipline
• CPA / CIA qualification
• Minimum 8 years of experience in both external and internal audit functions
• Manufacturing background is highly preferred
• Good analytical, interpersonal, and communicating skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
