Internal Audit Manager

Our client is a conglomerate with diverse business in property, FMCG, energy industries. They are looking for an Internal Audit Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Support Head of Audit to conduct regular and ad-hoc audits, reviews and investigations, and ensure audit deliverable are comply to the audit manual
• Handle risk assessment and review internal controls of business unit
• Prepare audit plans reports, and presentations to the Audit Committee.
• Monitor and confirm the implementation of management's remedial actions to address risks identified in audit findings
• Review audit programs and keep update of regulatory changes and risk exposures for ongoing risk assessment
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance, Risk Management or a business-related discipline, Professional qualifications such as CPA/CIA
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in audit, compliance or risk management. CPA/ CIA/ CFA or relevant professional qualifications is a plus
• Solid risk assessment and management knowledge for large corporations with diversified businesses
• Frequent travel is a required
