Internal Audit Manager

The Company

Our client is a HK listed retail and aesthetic company. They are hiring an Internal Audit Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Financial, Operation and Compliance audit of company
• Formulate audit strategy and methodology and execute plans and schedule accordingly
• Evaluate company risk and prepare mitigation plan to reduce risk
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure risks in the Group are adequately addressed and to facilitate improvements in its control environment
• Ensure relevant departments provide adequate and accurate record
• Prepare audit reports and provide improvement plans for management review
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years relevant internal audit experience, preferably gained in retail industry, listed companies or professional firms
• Strong understanding of internal control concept and risk assessment practice
• Proactive, detail minded, independent with good communication skills
