Insurance Mid/ Senior Project Manager - (5-10 years)

Mid-level/ Senior Project Managers (5-10 years, 1-year extendable)

Immediately available/ can join in short notice candidates are preferred.

• Provide end-to-end data migration project management, overall program governance
• Scope project requirements and prepare budget
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement technical projects
• Attend meetings with cross-functional teams and cross-country level and report status to senior project stakeholders and sponsors
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

• 5-10 years of experience in regional IT project management space; Proven work experience as a Tech/ IT project manager
• Proven track record in delivering data migration/ system/ platform project will be a plus
• Hands-on experience with project management software, like MS Project and JIRA
• Well-versed in both Agile and Waterfall
• Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
• Excellent organization and time management skills to drive initiatives with multiple BUs
• Communication and team management skills with onshore and offshore team
