Inbound Logistics Specialist (FMCG | 24 - 30k)

My client is market leading FMCG company. Looking to enhance their logistics operations, they are now in search of a Inbound Logistics Specialist.

Reporting to the Operation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and track incoming shipments with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the QA team to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate stock movement according to QA results with suppliers and 3PL
• Support the overall operation within warehouse.

To qualify, one must possess

• Diploma holder with at least 3 years of warehousing or inventory management experience
• Proficient in Excel functions such as Pivot Table and Vlookup
• Experience in both 3PL or in-house would be considered
• Experience working in a warehouse / distribution center would be an advantage
• Down to earth and detail minded personality
• Proficient command in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a MUST
