HR Rewards Project Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reward strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes compensation structures, bonus plans, recognition programs, and other employee benefits.
- Lead and manage reward-related projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
- Conduct data analysis and benchmarking exercises to evaluate the competitiveness and effectiveness of existing reward programs. Analyze market trends and best practices to recommend enhancements or changes to the reward framework.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, bonuses, and other monetary rewards. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits. Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes and proactively make necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other stakeholders to align reward strategies with business objectives. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on reward-related matters. Build relationships with external vendors, consultants, and industry experts as needed.
- Develop and deliver communication materials, presentations, and training sessions to educate employees and managers on reward programs, policies, and processes. Ensure effective communication of changes and updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in reward-related processes. Implement best practices and leverage technology solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR comparable education/work experience
- Relevant Project Management Qualification (PPM, IAPM, CSM - ScrumMaster, PMI etc) highly desired.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role
- At least 4 years of experience in HR, Rewards, Mobility projects would be highly desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work with confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English. Cantonese and Mandarin would be desirable but not essential.
