HR Administrator (Int'l Law Firm, up to HK$23k)

Job description

A prestigious international law firm with strong presence in Hong Kong and more than 20 offices globally is looking for a HR Administrator to join their expanding Talent Acquisition & Development team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and immigration applications.
  • Manage recruitment processes for legal and support teams, from job postings to candidate offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including training arrangements and documentation.
  • Maintain the HRIS (Peoplesoft) system and generate reports on leave and key metrics.
  • Oversee CPD applications and maintain training records.
  • Organize employee social events and provide support to HR team members as needed.
  • Process visa applications and manage employee leave records throughout the employee lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Minimum of HR experience in a legal, financial or professional services provider.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work independently.
