High Net Worth Service Centre Deputy Lead, insurance

Job description

We are currently assisting a reputable insurance company in their search for a talented HNW Service Centre Deputy Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer experience, provide feedback, and tailor exceptional service for high net worth customers
  • Mentor and guide staff to exceed service standards, optimize operations, and foster a conducive environment
  • Coordinate event logistics, manage verification and payment processes accurately, and ensure compliance with procedures and policies
  • Conduct investigations, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and implement service enhancements based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Regularly review and update service manuals, collect customer feedback, and prepare accurate reports for continuous improvement
  • Plan and arrange rosters in advance to ensure optimal workforce management and uphold service standards


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in concierge service, customer service, hospitality in serving high net worth customers
  • Experience with insurance industry will be a big plus
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
