Helpdesk Support - Financial Services - Hong Kong

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will deliver and maintain strong stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders
  • You will work in partnership with various departments to collaborate and support on implementation of local and regional projects
  • You will perform software and hardware installation and upgrade and provide a high quality of service to all PC users
  • You will support the team in ensure that both project and BAU activities are maintain within agreed service level
  • You will provide support for all PC hardware and software, and PC assessment management
  • You will support IT disaster recovery activities for the responsible IT infrastructure

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related disciplines
  • Good technical understanding of installing and maintaining PC hardware and software applications
  • Good organization skill and attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skill and good English proficiency
